ANO ANG BALIK PROBINSYA BAGONG PAG-ASA PROGRAM?
Ang Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa Program ay bahagi ng estratehiya ng Pamahalaan upang magkaroon ng balanseng pag-unlad sa lahat ng rehiyon, masiguro ang kaginhawaan sa mga pook-rural, at mapainam ang mga inisyatibo tungo sa pagkamit sa matatatag at malalagong komunidad.
Layunin ng programa na suportahan ang mga pamilyang informal settler at mga manggagawa na labis na naapektuhan ng COVID-19 na nais nang bumalik sa kani-kanilang mga probinsya para sa permanenteng relokasyon at paghahanap-buhay.
Para sa pangkatamtaman at pangmatagalang panahon, layunin ng programa na palawakin ang mga gawaing pang-ekonomiya sa iba’t-ibang rehiyon sa pamamagitan ng pagbuo ng malalago, magkakaugnay, at matatatag na komunidad sa labas ng NCR at iba pang matataong lugar. Layunin din ng programa na hikayatin ang pangkalahatang pag-unlad sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng iba’t ibang mga serbisyong panlipunan at mga oportunidad para sa pagpapaunlad ng ekonomiya, at sa gayon ay makagagawa ng mas balanseng distribusyon ng kita at pinagkukunang-yaman.

- Provision of comprehensive assistance packages to encourage voluntary and immediate movement to home provinces
- Improve local health facilities
- Building of educational institutions and tech-voc schools in strategic rural areas
- Linking of state universities and colleges to different industries
- Resettlement programs to provincial township sites and community interventions
FOOD SECURITY AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY
- Encourage and facilitate innovations and technologies for agricultural production
- Local agricultural industries shall be supported and strengthened through infrastructure and financial support
- Measures to take advantage of economies of scale in agricultural production, promote value chain development, increase farm incomes, and improve the quality of life of farmers, shall be pursued
